Freight, timeframes and returns

We ship nationally. Bull bars, bar work and long items are bulky freight and are quoted per destination — metro, regional and remote rates differ significantly.

Smaller accessories such as recovery gear, lighting and hardware ship at standard parcel rates.

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and vehicle-specific bar work depends on manufacturer lead times, which we confirm at quote stage.

Metro delivery is generally 2–7 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote destinations take longer.

Inspect the packaging before signing. If there is visible damage, note it on the consignment and photograph it before unpacking.

Report transit damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can lodge a claim with the carrier.

Unfitted items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return freight is at the customer's cost and a restocking fee may apply for bulky items.

Made-to-order, custom-finished and special-order products are not returnable unless faulty.

Items that have been fitted, drilled or modified cannot be returned.

If a product is faulty, contact us with your order details and photographs. We will assess it with the manufacturer and arrange a remedy.
