These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes and orders placed with ACM Bull Bars 4x4 Accessories.

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points in Australian dollars and exclude freight and installation unless stated otherwise.

A written quote sets out the final price for your vehicle and configuration. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Product listings, specifications and fitment notes are provided as a guide. Specifications can change without notice and vary by model year, variant and configuration.

Final fitment is confirmed against your vehicle details before dispatch. Where we cannot confirm a combination, we will say so.

Compliance and certification requirements vary by vehicle, configuration and jurisdiction. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the requirements that apply where the vehicle is registered.

We do not make compliance claims that are not supported by the relevant product documentation.

Orders are accepted once payment or an agreed deposit is received. Made-to-order and special-order products may require a non-refundable deposit.

Title passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery.

Manufacturer warranty terms are listed per product. Australian Consumer Law rights apply in addition and are not excluded by these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from product use, installation by third parties, or modification of a product.
